2005-2006 Ursuline Academy Extended Day
Vacation Program
Listed below are the three options you may select for coverage:
This program is available for girls age 3 through 8th grade, and boys
age 3 through 3rd grade. Please note that all coverage options begin promptly
at 7:00 a.m. and remain open until 5:45 p.m. Lunches are needed everyday
unless you are notified of a special field trip or event planned during
these weeks.
Option
A - Christmas Coverage Only
Cost: $325.00
This option provides 5 days of Christmas Vacation Coverage from Wednesday,
December 21st through Friday, December 30th. During this time period,
the Christmas Vacation Program will be closed on December 22nd, 23rd,
and 26th, but open all other days from 7:00AM to 5:45PM.
Option
B - Easter Coverage Only
Cost: $325.00
This option provides 5 days of Easter Vacation Coverage from Thursday,
April 13th through Friday, April 21st. During this time period, the Easter
Vacation Program will be closed April 14th & 17th, but open all other
days from 7:00AM to 5:45PM.
Option
C - Christmas & Easter Coverage
Cost: $ 650.00
This option provides the 10 days of coverage listed above during both
the Christmas and Easter vacation time periods.
Please contact the Admission Office at 1-302-658-7158 for an Extended Day Vacation contract. All contracts for this new option must be completed, signed, and returned with payment to Admissions no later than November 11, 2005. Space is limited in this program.
