Tuition Assistance
Ursuline Academy is proud to offer tuition assistance to families who demonstrate financial need. Over 50% of our current families participate in our Tuition Assistance Program, designed to make an Ursuline education possible for all families.
Ursuline uses the Clarity platform to determine a family’s level of financial need based on the information that is shared in the application, including assets, income, expenses, and debts. The Clarity platform opens for families to apply on an annual basis starting October 1. The deadline for completing this application is December 1. Applications will continue to be accepted after this date but are subject to the availability of funds. Grants are awarded on an annual basis and generally do not exceed one-half of the full tuition.
To get started, visit the Clarity website and create an account. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete and is also mobile-friendly so you can complete it from anywhere. You are also able to save your progress and return at any time. At the end of the application, there is a $65 fee to submit, and you can share your application with additional schools that accept the Clarity Application for no additional charge. Simply use the dropdown menu in the application to select those schools.
Please remember to return to your dashboard after you complete and submit your Clarity Application, as Ursuline may require additional tax documentation for families who own their own businesses. You will be prompted in the application if this applies to your family.
If you need support during the process of completing your application, there is in-app support available through the “Help” button in the bottom left of the screen, as well as email and phone support at support@clarityapp.com or 206.210.3752 in both English and Spanish. The application itself is also fully translated into Spanish.
See the quick reference guides below for helpful information on completing the application.
