2025 - Cathie Field Lloyd '70

Cathie is a graduate of the class of 1970. Cathie began her career in the classroom serving as a teacher in the Conrad School District of Wilmington. She then shifted her focus to the non-profit sector where spent the next 30 years leading Elywn, Inc. and Opportunity Center, Inc. In 2008, Cathie accepted the role of President at Ursuline, the fourth to hold this position. Cathie was instrumental in leading Ursuline through strategic planning, capital campaigns, and a shift in the configuration of our Lower and Middle Schools. Cathie retired to Florida in 2017 however she is still active as a member of UA’s Advancement committee.
