Brian Hopkins

Brian Hopkins is a Senior Vice President at CBRE Inc., where he has worked since 1999 specializing in commercial real estate advisory and brokerage. A lifelong Delawarean, Brian graduated from Salesianum School before earning his degree from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland. Over more than two decades at CBRE, he has built a reputation for trusted client service and deep knowledge of the regional commercial real estate market.

Brian is actively involved in the local community and has dedicated significant time to civic and charitable organizations. He previously served on the board of Serviam Girls Academy, the Saint Francis Hospital Foundation and is an active member of the St. Patrick’s Day Society of Wilmington. He is also a long-time parishioner at St. Joseph’s on the Brandywine Church in Greenville.

Brian and his wife Jennifer live in Wilmington and are the proud parents of three children. Their two daughters attend Ursuline Academy, where they have been students since kindergarten, and their son attends St. Edmond’s Academy.
