Director Marketing & Communications, US Head Cross Country and Track & Field Coach
Bio

Brittany Keller has served as Ursuline’s Director of Marketing and Communications since 2018, implementing a comprehensive and strategic marketing plan across the Academy for internal and external audiences. Her marketing efforts support both the needs of the school and help achieve admissions and advancement goals. Brittany also spearheads Ursuline's community outreach efforts stemming from the Academy’s Blaze Brighter strategic plan. Through that partnership, Ursuline is actively involved in community efforts that align with our mission, such as Girls on the Run, DE Women's Leadership Conference, and the Nemours Radiothon, to name a few.

Brittany first became involved with Ursuline in 2015 when she began coaching Ursuline’s Upper School Cross Country and Track & Field teams, which she continues to coach today. During her coaching career at Ursuline, the teams have accomplished three state championship team titles (2020, 2019, 2018), many individual titles, and several team runner-up performances.

Over the course of her career, Brittany has managed all aspects of marketing, communications, and public relations. Her experience includes working on digital marketing campaigns for multiple Fortune 500 companies, in addition to local organizations and institutions including Faithful Friends Animal Society, University of Delaware, and Villanova University.

Inspired by the way Ursuline empowers young women to become trailblazers, change makers, and global leaders, Brittany volunteers with several nonprofits. She is a current and founding board member of the Spur Impact Association, where she plays a role in hosting the Millennial Summit, and Delaware Gives Day (also known as Do More 24). Since 2017, she has also volunteered and served as a board member for The Gulu Project, which built and supports a nursery school in Gulu, Uganda. Brittany, her husband David, and two sons are active members of their church, Westminster Presbyterian. She is officially a UA parent, as her oldest son recently started in Ursuline’s Early Childhood program. In her free time, she enjoys running, traveling, and spending time at Lewes Beach with family.
