Erin Prada

Director of Strategic Initiatives & Global Education
Bio

As Director of Strategic Initiatives and Global Education, Erin Prada oversees the development and execution of strategic projects that align with Ursuline's mission, values, and goals. She also provides strategic leadership for the Academy through the Global Education Program. Erin manages Ursuline's position and partnerships in our worldwide Ursuline network, facilitating opportunities for collaboration, engagement, and growth across our whole school community. A faculty member since 2018, Erin has served the Academy in multiple ways including as teacher, department chair, and coach in addition to her present role.

Prior to Ursuline, Erin's passion for innovative and global education took her around the world. She was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to Peru, where she taught and carried out research in conjunction with the US State Department. She then worked at independent schools in the US as well as Peru before moving to the UK for graduate school. Erin's experience in teaching, curriculum development, and school leadership spans the elementary through university level, multiple countries, and various languages. These factors greatly contribute to her understanding and approach, regularly influencing and inspiring her work at Ursuline Academy.
