Lauren Hitron

Lauren Hitron serves as Ursuline Academy's Director of Mission, bringing extensive experience in Catholic education, strategic leadership, and a lifelong commitment to the Ursuline tradition.

A graduate of Sacred Heart School in Louisville, Kentucky, one of the Ursuline Network's sister schools, Lauren has devoted her career to advancing the Ursuline mission. She was the founding Director of the Jean Frazier Leadership Institute at Sacred Heart and has also served in school leadership roles as President and Director of Enrollment.

Beyond her professional experience, Lauren is an Ursuline Associate and has served on the leadership team supporting the Ursuline Sisters of Louisville. Her deep faith, commitment to the Ursuline charism, and expertise in leadership and strategic planning guide her work in fostering the school's Catholic identity and mission.

As Director of Mission, Lauren works to strengthen the Ursuline tradition throughout the school community, inspiring students, faculty, staff, and families to live the values of faith, service, leadership, and lifelong learning.
