Victoria “Vicky” Petrone is an accomplished attorney and partner at a prestigious law firm, consistently recognized as a Top Lawyer in Delaware Today for Construction Law and the recipient of the Delaware Bar’s Women’s Leadership Award. She is widely respected for her expertise, professionalism, and leadership in a demanding field.

Yet what truly sets Vicky apart is her unwavering commitment to others. A devoted mother, wife, and friend, she lives out Serviam in meaningful ways. She has generously served on the Boards of Trustees for both St. Edmond’s and Ursuline Academy, always stepping forward not just to participate, but to lead.

In recent years, she has organized impactful service initiatives supporting the Alzheimer’s Association, Delaware State Parks, White Clay Creek, and Stockings for Soldiers—touching countless lives through her generosity and vision. She is also deeply committed to mentoring the next generation, dedicating her time to Ursuline’s mock trial program and inspiring young women to lead with confidence and purpose.
